ABOUT ORDERING

We consider prompt shipment a priority. All in stock items ship out within two business days.

You will receive an e-mail with tracking information for your order when your items ship out. This allows you to check the status of your shipment online.

US "Best Way" shipments are sent either UPS Ground or US Priority Mail and should be received within 2 to 6 business days.

US shipments which include only "media" items - this includes books, cd's or cassettes, cd-roms or videos - can be sent via US Media Mail - it is a slower option but an inexpensive one. You may select this option in check out. Orders should be received within 7 to 14 business days.

Canada "Best Way" shipments are sent either Letter Post or UPS Ground and should be received within 4 to 8 business days.

International Shipments to other destinations are sent via International "Best Way" and times vary widely based upon your location. We try to ship Global Priority Mail whenever feasible.

All packages ship from central NJ in the United States.

Back Orders

If an item is not in stock, we will automatically back order it for you. You will receive an e-mail notification when your back order is ready to ship. Back orders are sent via best way - usually US Mail Book Rate - at no additional charge. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

Sales Tax

All NJ shipments will include 6% NJ sales tax. All other orders are tax free.

Guarantee

Celtic Reader is dedicated to serving you well and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you do need to make a return or exchange, you may do so within 30 days of receipt of your product. Shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We ask that you do the following to speed your credit or exchange: 1.Enclose either a copy of your invoice or a note with the invoice number and date as well as your name and e-mail address. 2.Wrap the package well - all returns must be in resaleable condition. (Book corners get bent easily) 3.Insure your return in case it is lost in shipment.
