Here are some tips to help you peacefully browse our shelves


• By Category: To view books by subject category, simply click on the category to your left. Please note that in some of the larger sections such as "fiction", the category has subcategories - click on the subcategory and books will appear!
• By Title or Author: If you are looking for a particular title or author or are just not sure what category to look through, you can use the search function located at the top of this page. Click on the word "search". This will open up a search box - type in what you are looking for and then click on "search" again. This will look through our entire inventory of books and gifts, to find items with the key words you typed in the search box.
• Out-of-print: Should your book search remain elusive, the volume may be a difficult-to-find or out-of-print book. Send an e-mail to janet@celticreader.com with any details you have. I'll be happy to add it to my list of "quest" books! I know the joy of finding that battered but still perfect copy of a James Stephens novel...or discovering that a book has one name on this side of the Atlantic and an entirely different one on the other side of the ocean...
